Mr. Brody is Leader of the firm's Private Client Group and is an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law. A particular focus in his practice is the use of life insurance in estate planning and in non-qualified benefits planning. He co-authored the BNATax Management Portfolio entitled Insurance Related Compensation as well as Comprehensive Deferred Compensation and Comprehensive Split-dollar, both published by the National Underwriter Company. Mr. Brody is the author of a series of articles on split-dollar plans in Trusts and Estates. He is a frequent lecturer on non-qualified benefit planning at national conferences.
