Frank L. Rainaldi,
CLU, ChFC
The Kugler Company, LLC
Mr. Rainaldi is one of the
insurance industry's leading educators. He is a graduate of
the University of Connecticut and a member of their School
of Business Hall of Fame. He is a former Trustee of the
American College, and a former member of the Board of
Directors of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
He currently serves as a consultant to several major
financial institutions.
He began his career in
insurance sales and later moved into the home office of a
large life insurance company, where he became Director of
Education. After running the Education Department for eight
years, he returned to the field as president of a subsidiary
corporation. He later served as a General Agent for over 20
years. Mr. Rainaldi is a life member of MDRT and has
qualified for Top of the Table.
Mr. Rainaldi has been a
featured lecturer and a main platform speaker on many of the
industry's national conferences. He is well known for his
ability to translate highly technical subjects into
easy-to-understand concepts.
Mr. Rainaldi has appeared on
several national television programs, most recently CNBC's
Power Lunch with Bill Griffeth. As an author, his articles
have appeared in numerous professional publications. His
article on QPRTs and GRATs received an award in the Journal
of Society of Financial Service Professionals' Author
Award Program. He has also been featured in a number of
business and general interest publications, including Investor's
Business Daily, Newsday and Financial Services
Week.
Mr. Rainaldi is the author of
The Kugler System, a complete marketing and training
system used by many major life insurance companies and other
financial institutions as their primary marketing and
training system. The foundation of The Kugler System is a
set of five different technique books (Estate Planning,
Business Planning, Retirement Planning, Life Insurance
Products Applications and Tax Aspects, and Family Financial
Planning Needs). Each book is built around a series of
mini-case problems designed to highlight the appropriate
planning concept. The Kugler System is well known for
translating highly technical academic concepts into an
easy-to-follow format designed for client presentation. It
also includes two software programs, seminar selling
programs, and a computer-based continuing education program
which is a joint venture with the American College.
