Malcolm A. Moore,

Malcolm A. Moore has had three
years' experience with the New York City firm of Hughes,
Hubbard & Reed. He has been the past President of The American
College of Trust and Estate Counsel (formerly The American
College of Probate Counsel) and chair of its Estate and Gift
Tax Committee. He was the President of the Seattle Estate
Planning Council from 1980-1981. Mr. Moore is a frequent
speaker at various national continuing legal education
programs on estate planning and probate matters. He is a
member of both the Washington State and New York Bars, the
American College of Tax Counsel, the International Academy of
Estate and Trust Law of the American Law Institute, a Fellow
of the American Bar Foundation, a Chair of the joint editorial
board for the Uniform Probate Code, an advisor for Restatement
of the Law at the American Law Institute and is listed as a
"Super Lawyer" in Washington Law & Politics, 1999-2003. He
received his B.A. with honors from Princeton University and
his LL.B. from Harvard University School of Law. |
