Mr. Oshins has been very active in helping get some of the
most valuable trust and creditor protection laws passed in
Nevada, including making the charging order the exclusive
remedy of a judgment creditor against a Nevada business
entity, the 365-year dynasty trust law and the ability to
create a Restricted LLC or LP, thus making Nevada the first
state to offer this type of business entity and making Nevada
the leading jurisdiction for valuation discounts. |
